How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reaching out as soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed. Popular dates can book well in advance, particularly during peak wedding season. A limited number of weddings are accepted each year to ensure every couple receives a personal experience.



Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely. We are available for weddings across Australia and beyond. Travel requirements and associated costs will be discussed with you before your collection is confirmed.

How do we secure our date?

Your date is officially reserved once your agreement has been signed and the booking deposit has been paid. Dates cannot be held without both being completed.

Do we receive the raw photos or video footage?

Raw files are not included as standard. Every still and film is carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect our signature style.

Can we provide a shot list?

Yes. We welcome a list of important family groupings, cultural traditions and meaningful details. You do not need to list every photograph, as we will naturally document the key moments and candid interactions throughout your day.

When will we receive our photos and films?

Your completed gallery and films are generally delivered within eight weeks. Prioritised editing may also be available for couples who would like their final collection delivered sooner.

How will our photos and films be delivered?

Your edited photographs and films will be delivered through a private online gallery, making it easy to view, download and share your memories with family and friends.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry the appropriate professional equipment and public liability insurance required by most wedding venues.
